Uses: MCP is a flavor and sweet enhancer.it is used as food perfume.widely used in icecreams,
comfections.,beverages,baked goods,syrups. It can also be used in the preparation of flavor concentrates
with particular application in maple,chocolate,caramel etc. It also application in other products such as tobacca,detergents and cosmetics.
Storage: Store in well-closed containers in cool dry place. Concentrated solutions of MCP maybe color
when stored in metallic containers due to the formation of iron complexes, and therefore, they should
be handled in glass or plastic containers. Where practical, they should be advisable to keep the PH of
solutions slightly acidic with the addition of small amount if citric acid.
Packing: MCP is packed as 25kg foil-lined fibreboard drums with a separate polyliner.

2.DMHF
Chemical Name: 4-Hydroxy-2,5 -Dimethyl-3(2H)-Furanone

Properties:  Colorless to pale yellow solid.
Melting point: 74-78°C
Odor: Avery distinctive fruity,caramel or burnt pineapple tonality
Solubility: Slightly soluble in water,Soluble in ethanol and other organic solvent
Oxidation: Easily oxidated to deep color in air
Assay: 99% min

3.MHF
Chemical Name: 5-Methyl-4-Hydroxy-2,3-Dihydrofuran-3-one

Properties:  White or light yellow powder likeor needle like crystal
Flavor: Smell with chorcoal sweet flavor, these appears roast beef flavor in its solution
Solubility: Solubilitya at 25°C in water is 10g for each 100g of water adn also soluble in  ethyl 
alcohol, propylene glycol, dithyl ether, chloroform and etc..
Melting point: 126-128°C
Arsenic: 0.0003% Max
Heavy Metals: 0.001% Max

Uses: It is used extensively as a food additive, besides it is used as meat flvoring, It si also used in bread,
confectionery, chocolate, canned milk products, eggs products, caneed cmoke fishes, vegetables, nuts,
soft drink, port, whisky, instant coffee. It is also an in-dispensible additive to ciugar, tobbaco, chewing
gum, condeneed dental rinse and mouthwash. It is also used as and uantioxidant.
Storage: MHF is easy to be oxidized in air, it turns to yellow and acidated. So it should be kept under 
nitrogen in an aluminium foil bag or in a non-toxic plastic bag, put in a fiber board barrel, and stored
in  a cool, dry place. The product packed in above mnetioned conditions  will keep its original good
qulity for 10 months without any change. Once opened the package, it should be used immediately 
without delay.  
Packing:  500g bag, 1000g bag, 25kg fible-board barrel.

4.Ethyl Maltol
